Challenge
The client needed a complete marketing overhaul; from launching a new social media presence to developing a modern website, refining brand guidelines, and creating both digital and print assets. Managing two separate brands under one parent company added complexity, requiring careful navigation of differing identities while maintaining overall cohesion. Additionally, the design work ranged widely, including catalogs, sales magazines, building signage, retail layouts, and even a community mural. Balancing long-term brand strategy with immediate marketing needs required efficiency, adaptability, and strategic oversight.
Approach
I led the marketing department in creating a structured, sustainable marketing program that aligned both brands with their strategic goals. This included designing and developing a new website focused on UX, SEO, and conversion, launching social media channels with consistent messaging, and creating branded templates for proposals, forms, and campaigns. I rebuilt the brand identity guidelines to ensure cohesion across all materials, developed targeted email campaigns and journeys, and produced high-quality print assets such as magazines and catalogs. For physical spaces, I designed store layouts, planograms, exterior signage, and a community mural that reflected each brand’s personality while supporting parent-company alignment.
